Flex Hockey Minnesota was established in 2022 to provide unique training opportunities to young hockey players. Our focus has always been on the player’s development and having fun. We strive to build confidence and skills in our players so they are prepared for the game regardless of competition. Flex Hockey believes players having fun playing the sport they love will translate to their on-ice work ethic. This will build their love of hockey. 

Flex Hockey also crafts our programs with a FLEXible schedule format that allows kids and families to enjoy other sports through the Spring, Summer, and Fall. Family time away from the rink is as important as time on the ice. Family is so important that we take the time to get to know the players and their families. We want to build a relationship where you feel welcome to attend our programs.  

We offer a variety of programs crafted around these concepts to ensure your player is having fun and improving their skills. We limit the number of players we accept in each program to achieve this. We want to provide an excellent coach-per-player ratio on the ice.
