Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Flex Summer Hockey Academy

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis only. If a refund is issued, a 10% fee will be charged to cover credit card processing and other fees.

Summer Hockey - Mite, U8, & U6

Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis only. If a refund is given, a fee of 10% will be charged to cover the cost of credit card processing and other fees.

Summer Hockey - Squirts / U10

Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis only. If a refund is given, a fee of 10% will be charged to cover the cost of credit card processing and other fees.

Summer Hockey - PeeWee / U12

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis only. If a refund is given, a fee of 15% will be charged to cover the cost of credit card processing and other fees.

Tryout Conditioning-Squirt/U10

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis only. If a refund is given, a fee of 15% will be charged to cover the cost of credit card processing and other fees.

Tryout Conditioning-Peewee/U12

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis only. If a refund is given, a 15% fee will be charged to cover the cost of credit card processing and other fees.
